Fulton Street: A large addition and rearrangement of most of the original 1895 house including a new kitchen and 4 bathrooms, new finished basement and guest suite (& foundation) decks, & new stairs. The remodelled house has a great connection to the decks and yard. Care was taken to update without destroying the charm of the original house There are many carefully detailed built-ins and cabinets. Clear redwood trim was milled to match existing interior trim. A pantry & large california cooler/ root cellar on the basement level give the open kitchen ample storage.
