Deeds Design has completed many commercial tenant improvement projects over the years, including a large testing facility and offices for LightSail Energy, A church, Berkeley Acupuncture Project, Bridges Rock Gym, a toy store, to name a few. Most of these have been technical in nature. The codes for energy efficiency and life safety, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act are complex and we are often hired for this reason. Lighting design and other details are often critical. Quick turnaround is the norm.
